2. Payment Terms
Payment for services will be made according to the schedule outlined in the project proposal. This may involve milestone-based or project-based fees. All invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt. Failure to make timely payments may result in a halt of services and/or late fees.

Upon receipt of final payment for a specific project, the client will own the final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing. M.T.P. Productions L.L.C. retains ownership of proprietary workflows, production methods, templates, and internal tools used to deliver services. Third-party software and licensed assets remain subject to their own terms.
4. Project Timelines

M.T.P. Productions L.L.C. will communicate progress and potential delays to the client in a timely manner.
5. Limitation of Liability
While M.T.P. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding month.
